Returns & Refunds
At Sleepynest, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item or request a refund. Please review the following policy for details on how to proceed.
Returns
Inspection Upon Delivery
We ensure that all products undergo strict quality control before being dispatched. However, we acknowledge that accidents can happen during transit. Upon receiving your delivery, please:
- Inspect all items carefully for any damage.
- Clearly note any damage on the courier’s delivery sheet at the time of delivery.
Important: Claims for damage will not be accepted if the goods are not inspected at the time of delivery and the damage is not noted on the courier’s delivery sheet.
Returning Items with Manufacturing Defects
Claims for manufacturing defects will be accepted. However:
- Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
- If damage is not reported at delivery or a clear manufacturing defect is not present, a return may incur charges.
Returning Items Without Defects
If you wish to return an item that has no defects:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Items returned without adequate packaging, leading to damage during the return, may incur charges equivalent to the extent of the damage.

Reporting Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your product or have received the wrong item:
- Contact our Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide evidence such as photos or videos of any damage or defects to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Mattress Returns:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of mattresses once the original packaging has been removed. Please check the size and type of the mattress before unwrapping it.
Refunds
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Orders Not Delivered:
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of notification. If an order is not canceled within 24 hours, a 50% administration fee will apply. - Orders Delivered and Returned Due to Change of Mind:
Refunds will be issued within 14 working days after we receive the returned item. A refund of 50% of the purchase price will be provided, which includes the cost of collection and delivery. - Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will not charge for the delivery of replacement parts. If you choose to return the product instead of exchanging it, standard charges will apply.
Refund Method
For security reasons, refunds will be processed to the original card or payment method used for the purchase.
