Our 3-Year Warranty begins from the date of delivery and applies to all our bed and mattress products. It covers:

  • Repair or Replacement: In the case of a successful claim, we will repair or replace your item. Efforts will be made to match the original fabric and color, though an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

  • 3 Years: Internal components like the frame, springs, and structural elements.

2-Year Extended Warranty Option

Extend the life of your bed with our 2-Year Extended Warranty, which provides additional protection beyond the standard warranty period.

  • Structural Defects: Coverage for manufacturing defects in the frame and foundation.
  • Mattress Support: Protection for sagging or body impressions that exceed specified limits.
  • Parts and Labor: Hassle-free repair or replacement, including labor and parts.

Terms and Conditions

The warranty will not apply under the following circumstances:

  1. Stains or Soiling: Products that have been soiled, stained, or improperly maintained.
  2. Label Removal: Removing original product labels will void the warranty.
  3. Accidental Damage: Damage caused after delivery, including improper use or mishandling.
  4. Improper Use: Products damaged due to jumping, commercial use, or misuse.
  5. Mattress Folding: Damage caused by bending or folding the mattress improperly.

  • While we make every effort to match colors and fabrics for repairs or replacements, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
  • If repair or replacement is not feasible, you may choose an alternative product. Any price difference for a more expensive item will be your responsibility.
