• Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property—couriers are not authorized to take the product further.

• We will notify you before sending the order and confirm the delivery date and time slot (4-5 hours before delivery).
• Do not book time off work until you receive a confirmed delivery notification from us.
• Most deliveries are made within one week from the date of ordering.
